How do you make someone your “proxy”? Or at least that’s what I’ve heard it called. Proxy is supposed to be the person who makes decisions for you if you’re in the hospital and aren’t able to make decisions for yourself.

thats Medical power of attorney and the hospital can make that paper work out for you just tell them that is what you want.
